So far the car is stock. The previous owner kept up on the basic maintaing of the vehicle. He added sports springs, Koni reds, Fuch 16 x 7, among other routine additions. I am not going to do too much performance wise. I'd rather spend the money on maintaining the car. Coming from Volkswagens...I am used to moving slow.

My 944. It will be a track/ auto x car.

everyone knows, no matter how long the list...it will never end.

I have been an avid VW fan since I first learned to drive a car...79 Super Bettle. Now I have grown wiser and tired of chasing the same electrical problems that VW's seem to be sick with. I have always wanted a 944. Now I have found one that yeah...it needs work. But I'd rather spend 5 years tinkering with a Porsche, than 10 minutes cussing over an electrical issue in a VW.

I got it kind of by chance. The previous owner of the 944 races as well and really kept up on the important mantainence issues. H2o pump, clucth, timing belts. I am the thrid owner with a collection of service records! So I am very happy with the car despite it's appearance.

I work for an online store. I only work a day job so I can afford to maintain my toys.

Cars, computers, digital photography, HO scale Marklin trains, motorcycles...I mean Ducati's, speedvision, NASA, GRM...among many others

Thanks for the feedback! Let me know if you run into any troubles at all. Can't wait to see your 944 after you turn it into a track monster.
